Official Vendor Guide

Thank you for participating in the 13th Annual Elevation Celebration! We are excited to partner with you for a successful, safe, and memorable weekend.

Essential Checklist

Mandatory Check-In First

Located at the corner of Sutton Rd & Dallman Dr (east side of Section A). You must check in here each day to receive your booth assignment and setup packet.

Tent Weights Required

No staking is allowed. You must secure each leg of your 10×10 tent with at least 40 lbs of weight. Unweighted tents will be closed by safety inspectors.

Unload and Park Immediately

Unload quickly, then park at the RTD lot, West Jeff Elementary, or West Jeff Middle. The free shuttle runs continuously to the grounds. Do not park on Holbrook St or post office lots (violators will be towed).

Inclement Weather Preparation

Conifer experiences sudden afternoon rain and wind in July. Bring waterproof bins for valuables, tent side-walls, and secure ties. The event goes on rain or shine.

Operations & Logistics

Friday Early-Bird Setup

Beat the Saturday rush by setting up on Friday from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Check-in is required at Sutton Rd & Dallman Dr. You may leave your frames and weighted tents overnight.

Security Notice: While limited security patrols the area overnight, the festival organizers and the Conifer Area Chamber are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Take valuable merchandise with you.

Insurance & Compliance

All vendors must have a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming “Foothills Community Collective, dba Elevation Celebration” as additionally insured on file at docs@elevationcelebration.org prior to setting up. Food vendors must display Jeffco mobile licenses and pass fire inspections.

Booth spaces do not have access to grid electricity or public WiFi. Vendors needing power must bring quiet-running generators. Cellular coverage (LTE/5G) is generally reliable on-site for POS transactions.
