Vendor Policy & Guide
Last updated June 14, 2026
Welcome to the vendor resources hub for Elevation Celebration. Please review these guidelines and policies carefully. They are designed to ensure a safe, successful, and family-friendly experience for all businesses, volunteers, and attendees.
1. General Eligibility & Exclusivity
We strive to provide a diverse and balanced marketplace. In support of our partners and sponsors, the following exclusivity guidelines apply:
- Sponsorship Category Exclusivity: To support the generous businesses that fund the festival, we grant exclusive category rights to our title and premier sponsors. For the current festival year, because we have a title sponsor in the home remodeling and home exterior improvement category, we are unable to accept other window, siding, or home remodeling exhibitors. We highly value all home improvement businesses in our community and warmly encourage you to apply in future years as our sponsorship arrangements evolve.
- Category Caps: We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors in any specific category (such as jewelry, candles, or specific food types) to prevent market saturation and ensure vendor profitability.
2. Non-Partisan & Campaign Policy
Elevation Celebration is a non-partisan, community-focused celebration. To maintain a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all neighbors and families:
- No Political Booths: We do not permit political booths, campaign materials, political advocacy groups, or party-specific candidate booths.
- Policy Enforcement: Any vendor applications received for political campaign or advocacy purposes will be declined and refunded. Exhibitors found displaying unauthorized political signage or materials during the event will be asked to remove them or vacate their booth space without a refund.
3. Booth Placement & Section Assignments
Vendor spaces are 10×10 areas located across Sections A, B, C, and D along the main festival walking path.
- Preferences: Vendors must select exactly three area preferences in order of rank during the application process.
- Assignments: Placements are finalized by the vendor committee based on logisitics, safety, and spacing needs. Final booth assignments and maps are distributed at check-in.
4. Logistics, Load-In & Setup
Coordination and safety during setup are critical. Please adhere strictly to the following schedules:
- Load-In Windows: Setup takes place on Friday, July 24 from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Early Bird) or Saturday, July 25 from 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM. Vehicles must be removed from the main streets immediately after unloading.
- Tents and Weights: Tents must be professional-grade 10×10 pop-ups. Rain, wind, or shine, the event continues. Tent weights of at least 40 lbs per leg are required to prevent wind damage. Side walls are strongly recommended.
- Electricity & Power: Grid power is not provided. If your booth requires electricity, you must bring a quiet-run generator and coordinate with the vendor manager in advance.
- Parking:Vendor parking is restricted to the RTD Park & Ride lot. No vendor parking is permitted on Holbrook St., local shopping plazas, or post office spaces to preserve parking for festival attendees.
5. Licensing & Insurance
- Certificate of Insurance (COI): All vendors must provide a COI naming “Foothills Community Collective, dba Elevation Celebration” as additionally insured. Upload this with your application or email it to docs@elevationcelebration.org.
- Food Vendors: Food booths and food trucks must possess a valid Jefferson County mobile food vending license and a local Fire Department inspection certificate to operate.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Because booth allocations are limited and planning begins months in advance, refunds are processed as follows:
- Cancellations submitted in writing to info@elevationcelebration.org on or before **July 1, 2026** will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations requested after **July 1, 2026** are non-refundable.
- Applications declined by the committee (including political booths or applicants that conflict with active sponsor exclusivity agreements) will be refunded in full.
